The initial consultation
During the first consultation with our specialized consultant, we gather your requirements and preferences, such as the type of candidates needed, their responsibilities, the duration of the employment, and any specific conditions or disabilities.
Candidate Search
Upon registration, we access our database to search for suitable candidates. Our personal consultant also recruits candidates specifically for the role, ensuring they possess the desired skills and experience. We conduct thorough background checks, including verifying qualifications and references, and performing an enhanced DBS check (Police check).
Candidate Interviews
Your personal consultant will provide you with a tailored selection of candidate profiles to choose from, and you will have the opportunity to interview them face to face or via video call. This step provides an additional verification point to ensure the candidate is the perfect match for your needs. We have a replacement request rate below 5% which attests to our commitment to providing top-quality candidates.
Confirmation of Employment
Upon concluding the interviews and selecting the most suitable candidate, we confirm the employment agreement between you and the candidate. Our personal consultant will provide you with sample contracts, and if needed, our payroll department will assist in setting up employment. Our agency fee is a one-time payment, due after confirming the employment.
