The minimum required PTE score for UK visas is 43 or higher in each of the four areas of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening, and for IELTS for UKVI, the minimum requirement is an overall score of 4.0 and at least 4.0 in each of the four aforementioned language skills.
How long can you stay ?
Your visa is also valid for up to 5 years. You will have to make changes to extend your visa or apply to update your visa if you change jobs or employers.
Proving your identity and providing supporting documents
As part of your application, you must present proof of your identification. Depending on your origin and what type of passport you have.

- You’ll use the ID Check app to scan your identity document via the UK Immigration: ID Check app - you will also be able to sign into your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account.

- Your passport and documents may need to be kept while processing your application.
- You may need to travel to get to your nearest visa application centre (this could be in another country).
How long it takes to get a decision ?
Once your documents have been received, you’ll get a decision about your case within three weeks of submitting your application.

After you apply
You can ask to cancel your application. You will only receive a full refund from UKVI if it has yet to begin processing your request.
